If you are aged between 11-18 and live in Solihull or attend a Solihull Secondary school, you can book a space on one of our Wellbeing Group courses. These are for school years 7 – 9 and 10 – 13 and are creative and fun sessions to equip you with evidence-based advice and a range of strategies to support your own mental and emotional health, positive self-esteem and identity. The materials have been written by a mental health nurse and our Wellbeing Lead.
